RICHMOND, Ind. – Joe Gosnell, age 60, of Richmond, Indiana, died Friday, February 4, 2022, at Reid Health. Born May 30, 1961, in Richmond, Indiana, to Charles James and Roberta Lee Constable Gosnell, Joe was a life-long resident of this community. He installed billboards for Porter Advertising for many years. Joe enjoyed woodworking. He was a loving brother, who was deeply loved and will be dearly missed. Survivors include his siblings, Rick Pippin of Columbus, Ohio, Tim (Carolyn) Gosnell and Debbie Reece, both of Richmond, Mary (Ken) Martin of Lynn, Indiana, and twins, Matthew and Mark Gosnell, both of Richmond; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and many friends, including longtime companion, Tammy Drew of Richmond. He was preceded in death by his parents. There will be no public services for Joe Gosnell. Arrangements are being handled by Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond.
