Janie M. Watson Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

RICHMOND, Ind. – Janie M. Watson, age 75, of Richmond, Indiana, died Monday, June 6, 2022, at the home of her niece, Ladonna McDaniel. Born January 27, 1947, in Richmond, Indiana, to John Payne and Betty Tackleson Faddis, Janie moved back to this area in 1998. She worked most of her life as a waitress. Janie enjoyed playing bingo, going to casinos, and being with family. Survivors include her daughter, Wendy Watson of New Zealand; son, Garry Phillip Watson Jr. of Stockton, California; granddaughter, Jessica Amaris of Miami, Florida; two great-grandchildren, Danny Amaris and Julie Amaris; five sisters, Hazel, Karen, Cathy, Valerie, Marilyn; two brothers, John and Larry; nieces; nephews; cousins; and many friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Garry Watson; parents; three sisters; and one brother. The family would like to thank Reid Hospice and Courtney Quisenberry for the excellent care that was given to Janie. Visitation for Janie M. Watson will be from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at Mills Funeral Home, 405 East Main Street, Centerville, Indiana 47330. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at Mills Funeral Home with Rev. Alton Hale.
