HAGERSTOWN, Ind. – James Louie Davidson, age 71, of Hagerstown, died Wednesday, December 5, 2012, at his home. Born May 27, 1941, in Vicco, Kentucky, to Eugene and Mary Margaret Longworth Davidson, he lived in Wayne County most of his life. James worked as a painter for 14 years. He was a member of Faith United Baptist Church in Hagerstown. Survivors include his daughter, Stephanie Davidson of California; son, Jason Davidson of Richmond; step-sons, Michael Cornelison and Todd Cornelison; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; step-grandchildren; step-great-grandchildren; sisters, Bobbie Davidson and Mamie Rice, both of Richmond; brother, Kenneth Davidson of Richmond; nieces; nephews to include special nephew, Dennis (Katherine) Rice of Richmond; and many friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jennifer Lou Davidson who died in 2011; parents; and brother, Ronnie Davidson. Visitation for James Louie Davidson will be from 10 to 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 10, 2012, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond. Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 10, 2012, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home with Rev. Eldon Denney officiating. Burial will be in Goshen Cemetery.
