RICHMOND, Ind. Jane Maze, age 98, of Richmond, died Sunday, November 4, 2012, at Friends Fellowship Community. Born April 24, 1914, in Richmond, to Leo B. and Bertha Murray Gard, she lived in Richmond most of her life. Jane worked for Burt Keller Flowers and was a volunteer Gray Lady at Reid Hospital. She was a member of First English Lutheran Church. Jane enjoyed playing golf, bowling, bingo, and spending time with her family. Survivors include her son, Ronald (Parien) Maze of Richmond; daughter, Patricia Giunta of Florida; grandchildren, Rokson (John) Drics of Carmel, Indiana, Roya Maze of Richmond, Thomas (Angela) Giunta of Pennsylvania, William (Dalia) Giunta of Georgia, and Michael Giunta of North Carolina; and great-grandchildren, Alexander Drics of Carmel, Indiana, Noah Maze of Virginia, Samantha Maze of Virginia, Alicia Giunta of Washington, Samantha Giunta of Pennsylvania, William Giunta, Michael Giunta, Melanie Giunta, and Elizabeth Giunta, all of Georgia. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert Maze who died December 4, 1981; father, Leo B. Gard; mother, Bertha Murray Graham; and grandson, Rodney Maze. Visitation for Jane Maze will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 7, 2012, at First English Lutheran Church, 2727 National Road East, Richmond. Funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 7, 2012, at First English Lutheran Church with Pastor John Walker and Pastor Brian Derrer officiating. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond.
