We know that many times death occurs at a time when you, the survivor(s), are the least prepared financially. A funeral is not meant to become a financial burden for anyone. We offer the following convenient options for payment of services you select. Please let us know the method of payment you prefer or if you have any questions regarding the payment options.

• If services have been pre-arranged, fully funded, and no additional services or merchandise are requested, no payment is expected.
• We will honor an insurance assignment (equal to or greater than the cost of the funeral) to be completed at the time of the arrangement conference and the policy provided to us by the day of the service. There is no additional charge for our insurance assistance.
• We accept cash or check by the day of the funeral. Please make check payable to: Doan & Mills Funeral or Mills Funeral Home.
• We accept VISA, MasterCard, or Discover credit cards the day of the arrangement conference.
• We will assist you in requesting financing through American General Financial Service, Inc.
• We do not invoice estates. Families should plan to be reimbursed by the estate.
• We do not accept payments.

We work with the local Medicaid and Township Trustee offices to provide services to those families who are unable to pay for funeral services. Please let us know if we should check for your approval before we make arrangements, and upon approval we will provide a service in relation to funds approved by these offices.
